Modern Shanghai launches Shanghainese Sets

Since we love to dine in groups, Modern Shanghai launched Shanghainese dishes to share with family and friends at pocket-friendly prices. Modern Shanghai rounded up some of its most sought after dishes and put them together under “Shanghai Favorites” that are available weekdays from opening until 5:00pm.


Set 1 includes the signature Shanghai Fried Noodles and Deep-fried Squid with Spicy Salt and Pepper.
Set 2 includes Sweet and Sour Chicken, spiced up with the Sautéed String Beans with Minced Pork & Chili.

*Both sets include the restaurant’s signature Xiao long Bao and Egg Rice for only Php 689 per set. Good for 2 to 3 persons.IMG_6546

If you want more serving, they also offer a medley of three mains paired with their signature soup dumplings.

Set 1 includes a Sautéed Egg White with Seafood and Sautéed String Beans with Minced Pork & Chili.
Set 2 includes a combination of Deep-fried Squid with Spicy Salt and Pepper and Sweet & Sour Chicken – is spot on.

*Both sets are served with Shanghai Fried Noodles, Yang Chow Fried Rice and the Signature Xiao Long Bao for only Php 998 per set. This is good for 3 to 4 persons.IMG_6545

Tea Time Sets are consists of delectable dimsum and noodles that can either pass for a late lunch, snack or an early dinner.

Set 1 includes Steamed Buns with Preserved Egg Yolk Paste and Signature Shanghai Fried Noodles.
Set 2 includes Pork dumplings in Hot Chili Sauce, Signature Shanghai Fried Noodles.

*Tea Sets come served with unlimited hot tea. Two persons can already share these at P298 per set.IMG_6560
